Telekinetics Arcadias
Also called T-Power or TP as a shorthand, telekinetics is the ability to manipulate space and objects (including one self) using their mind. Dragons excel at this, and there are rare cases of humans being able to pick up on it as well.

Telekinetics have three parts: telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation.

Telepathy allows a creature to speak using their mind. Nearly all the bondable creatures of Arcadias can use telepathy, either to speak to each other or to humans. In the case of gyphons, dragons, and sea dragons, only bonded pairs are able to hear each other but there are also cases where a creature can speak to another that is open to the conversation. Very, very few people can ever eavesdrop on a telepathic conversation. Winged wolves can speak to whomever they wish regardless of bonding.

Telekinesis is the ability to move objects, though this takes a considerable amount of concentration and energy. Most creatures can only move small items, such as a chair.

Telepotation allows creature to move themselves, and those riding or touching them, to a different location. This is safer done while flying but winged wolves have been known to teleport their bonds out of danger on the ground.
Training Pride Arcadias
Young gryphoners who are three years of age are allowed to join a Company and begin their final training. As the pair begins to manifest their kinetic abilities, they are tested to see if they will fit in the Pride their kinetics match. Should they not match, they will be moved to a different Company's Training Pride until a fit is found.
